Hello Bakersfield my name is Joe and I was born and raised here in the east side of Bakersfield. I learned a lot growing up here but the most important thing I learned was the hard work ethic. I moved to Los Angeles after high school to learn Real Estate from the bottom up by learning from the top mentors in the Real Estate game including Grant Cardone, Cole Hatter, Tai Lopez, and Khang Le just to name a few. I spent over $20,000 in mentoring and classes on real estate. After educating myself I started my own real estate company in Los Angeles and started investing into real estate at the age of 23. After getting tired of the city life I recently moved back to Bakersfield and brought my successful company back to my hometown to help as many people as possible.
